1 1/2 cpotatoes, peeled
2 tsppotato starch
2 tspparmesan cheese
How to Make Potato Spirals
- Microwave potato until soft. Then mash until smooth.
- Add in beaten egg, milk, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Transfer potato mixture into a piping bag.
- Heat oil to 170 degrees C. Squeeze out potato into hot oil in spiral pattern.
- Cook until golden brown. Drain well on paper towel before serving.
