Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, cooked
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 1 cup milk, hot
  • 3 drops - tabsaco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make potato souffle

  • Step 1
    Drain potatoes; whip or rice thoroughly. Beat in remaining ingredients except egg whites & cheese; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Add cheese; beat until cheese melts. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in egg whites; turn mixture into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 325 degrees F for 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
