Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, cooked
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 large eggs, separated
- 1 cup milk, hot
- 3 drops - tabsaco sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make potato souffle

Step 1Drain potatoes; whip or rice thoroughly. Beat in remaining ingredients except egg whites & cheese; mix well.

Step 2Add cheese; beat until cheese melts. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in egg whites; turn mixture into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.

Step 3Bake at 325 degrees F for 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
