potatoes, baked
bacon, cooked
sharp cheddard cheese
sour cream


1Every baked potato will get you 4 potato skins
bake your potaoes at 450* for 45 minutes
then cut the potato in into 4ths leave about 1/4 " of potato on the skin, then fry the skin till golden brown
2fry enough bacon figure you will need 2 strips of bacon per potato you will put half a slice of bacon on each skin
3Put the cheese on each skin then put 1/2 slice of bacon, then top with more cheese microwave until cheese melts. Dip into sour cream
