How to Make Potato Skins
- Wash potatoes and cut them in half. Dig out the middle of the potato.
- Heat deep fryer and fry the potatoes for 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil. Place potatoes on sheet. In the hallow middle put in the bacon then place cheese on the top of the potatoes. Cook in a 350* oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with more bacon.
