This is an easy recipe that can easily be doubled or tripled. We have a big family... and they love this appetizer! Just made a double batch with thick chili, onion, cheese and sour cream....!!! This recipe and photo are ones from JAP... We have made this many times, and we make it a bit different every time... We like to play with our food! Have fun and Play with your food!

Ingredients
- 8 - russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 6 - chopped green onions
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make homemade potato skins

Step 1Whole baked potatoes (or sliced and oiled baked potatoes, they cook faster). When cool enough to handle cut in half and remove pulp.

Step 2Melt butter and add paprika. Brush butter mixture into potato skin.

Step 3Place skins under broiler for a few minutes until browned.
