How to Make Potato Salad
- Boil potatoes for 35 minutes or until you can easily stick a fork into them.
- Drain and let cool.
- While cooling, dice up your onion.
- Peel the potatoes and cut into about 1/2 inch pieces. Put in large bowl.
- Cut eggs up and mix with potatoes.
- Cut pickles into small pieces and mix with potatoes.
- Add onion and almost full jar of mayo, mix well.
- Add mustard to taste. Then salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate until ready to eat.
