Ingredients
- 10 - russet potatoes
- 1 small jar of sweet pickles
- 12 - hard boiled eggs
- 1 - red onion
- 1 jar mayonnaise
- - mustard
- - salt and pepper
How To Make potato salad

Step 1Boil potatoes for 35 minutes or until you can easily stick a fork into them.

Step 2Drain and let cool.

Step 3While cooling, dice up your onion.

Step 4Peel the potatoes and cut into about 1/2 inch pieces. Put in large bowl.

Step 5Cut eggs up and mix with potatoes.

Step 6Cut pickles into small pieces and mix with potatoes.

Step 7Add onion and almost full jar of mayo, mix well.

Step 8Add mustard to taste. Then salt and pepper.

Step 9Refrigerate until ready to eat.
