russet potatoes
1 small
jar of sweet pickles

hard boiled eggs

red onion
1 jar(s)
mayonnaise
mustard
salt and pepper

How to Make Potato Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil potatoes for 35 minutes or until you can easily stick a fork into them.
  • 2Drain and let cool.
  • 3While cooling, dice up your onion.
  • 4Peel the potatoes and cut into about 1/2 inch pieces. Put in large bowl.
  • 5Cut eggs up and mix with potatoes.
  • 6Cut pickles into small pieces and mix with potatoes.
  • 7Add onion and almost full jar of mayo, mix well.
  • 8Add mustard to taste. Then salt and pepper.
  • 9Refrigerate until ready to eat.
