This is the potato salad for the person who doesn't like a lot of egg in their salad. I love it and I like eggs but hubby doesn't.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs peeled and diced fine
  • 2 stalks celery diced fine
  • 1/4 cup onion diced fine
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing (miricle whip)
  • 1 teaspoon all spice such as mrs. dash
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make potato salad

  • Step 1
    Cook potatoes until done or almost done. Do not overcook. Let cool 15 minutes. Boil eggs 10 min. let cool in fridge while mixing other ingredients. Then peel and dice.
  • Step 2
    Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add diced eggs, tossing gently. In another bowl mix all other ingredients. Then fold into potatoes.
  • Step 3
    Chill 30 minutes then serve.
