This is the potato salad for the person who doesn't like a lot of egg in their salad. I love it and I like eggs but hubby doesn't.

Ingredients
- 1 pound potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 - hard boiled eggs peeled and diced fine
- 2 stalks celery diced fine
- 1/4 cup onion diced fine
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup salad dressing (miricle whip)
- 1 teaspoon all spice such as mrs. dash
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make potato salad

Step 1Cook potatoes until done or almost done. Do not overcook. Let cool 15 minutes. Boil eggs 10 min. let cool in fridge while mixing other ingredients. Then peel and dice.

Step 2Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add diced eggs, tossing gently. In another bowl mix all other ingredients. Then fold into potatoes.

Step 3Chill 30 minutes then serve.
