potato pancakes

I make these for breakfast, appetizers, or sides. They go great with ketchup. They are kind of like hash browns, but mixed with a french fry kick.

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes peeled
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 - onion
- 1 dash season all
- 1 dash natures seasoning
- 1 cup flour
- 1 dash season all and natures season to flour.
How To Make potato pancakes

Step 1In a large bowl using large side of cheese grader, grade up potatoes.

Step 2Also grade up onion using small side of cheese grader.

Step 3Grade garlic on small side of cheese grader.

Step 4Toss all ingredients in large bowl.

Step 5In a seperate bowl add flour plus seasonings.

Step 6Get potato mix in balls flatten them out and roll in flour.

Step 7In a Nonstick pan heat oil. Just enough to slightly cover the potato pancakes you do not want too much oil. Cook until light brown or crunchy.
