- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- dash salt
- 1 large onion ( grated)

How To Make potato pancakes

Step 1Peel and wash potatoes in a large bowl grated potatoes and onions with a grated add salt,flour eggs,stir

Step 2Get vegetable oil hot put a tablespoon fill of mixture into the oil cook to golden brown.you can do more then one at a time

Step 3Put on paper towel add salt to them why hot, same people like them by there selfs or some put ketchup or sour cream or applesauce
