potato lasagna

This is a very unique side dish with the multiple types of potatoes. It took forever to bake last time I made it, so I wrote myself a note to boil them first! Obviously not to mashing texture, but so they take less time to bake into this great potato lasagna.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced thin
  • 6 medium potatoes, sliced thin
  • 8 - red potatoe (not the small ones), sliced thin
  • - oil
  • - garlic
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar
  • 1 bag shredded mozzarella
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • - parsley

How To Make potato lasagna

  • Step 1
    Oil in 9x13. Layer of each kind of potatoes. Sprinkle with seasonings. more oil, then repeat layers. put cheese between all separate layers. Pour in chicken broth. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees until fork tender. Stand 10 min before cutting.
  • Step 2
    NOTE: next time I would boil the potatoes first.
