Ingredients
- 1 package frozen hash brown potatoes (cubed ones - not shredded), thawed
- 1 - 16 oz. packages sour cream
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 - 8 oz. packages shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 - green onions, chopped (greens & whites)
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- - parmesan cheese
- - parsley flakes
How To Make potato dish

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2In large bowl, combine all ingredients (except parm & parsley); mix well. Place in greased oblong casserole dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese & parsley. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
