How to Make Potato, Cheese & Bacon Casserole
- 1Cook potatoes, about 10 minutes on high. Drain & put back in pan.
- 2While cooking potatoes, fry (or nuke, less greasy!) bacon until almost done, still a little limp - cool.
- 3Combine potatoes, cheese, mayo, onion, salt & pepper.
- 4Spoon into 9x13 glass baking dish, sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Crumble and sprinkle bacon on top.
- 5Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until heated through.
