Father's Day 2017, this was part of what Sandy made...My daughter, who is vegetarian for health reasons, ate so much of this I thought she would explode! Please see the changes in ingredients that Sandy uses, but make it your own! It is incredibly good!

Ingredients For potato casserole, sandy's

1 bagore-ida hash browns, thawed (sandy used a 30 oz bag of hash browns, or 6 cups thawed)

2 csour cream

2 cshredded cheddar (8 oz package)

1 stickbutter, melted

1-2 cancream of chicken soup (i used 2)

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
- TOPPING:

2 ccornflakes (sandy uses crushed ritz crackers instead)

1/4 cmelted butter
How To Make potato casserole, sandy's

1Mix ingredients for casserole. Put in buttered 9x13 pan. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
