Father's Day 2017, this was part of what Sandy made...My daughter, who is vegetarian for health reasons, ate so much of this I thought she would explode! Please see the changes in ingredients that Sandy uses, but make it your own! It is incredibly good!

makes a 9x13 casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 bag ore-ida hash browns, thawed (sandy used a 30 oz bag of hash browns, or 6 cups thawed)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar (8 oz package)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1-2 can cream of chicken soup (i used 2)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- TOPPING:
- 2 cups cornflakes (sandy uses crushed ritz crackers instead)
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Step 1Mix ingredients for casserole. Put in buttered 9x13 pan. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min.
