- 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
How To Make potato casserole

Step 1Mix potatoes, onion, 1/2 cup butter, sour cream, soup, and cheese together and place in a baking dish. Top with mixture of corn flakes and remaining butter. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes.
