Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1 c
    butter, melted
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c
    corn flakes, crushed

How to Make Potato Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix potatoes, onion, 1/2 cup butter, sour cream, soup, and cheese together and place in a baking dish. Top with mixture of corn flakes and remaining butter. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes.
