Ingredients
- 1 package (2 lb pkg) frozen hash brown cubes (o'brien)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- dash pepper
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup butter
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- TOPPING
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed (not to a powder)
How To Make potato casserole

Step 1Mix all of first set of ingredients together.

Step 2Put into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Step 3Melt remaining butter and stir into corn flakes.

Step 4Mix and sprinkle on as topping.

Step 5Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
