Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    (2 lb pkg) frozen hash brown cubes (o'brien)
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • dash(es)
    pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c
    butter
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • TOPPING

  • 1/3 c
    butter
  • 1 1/2 c
    corn flakes, crushed (not to a powder)

How to Make Potato Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all of first set of ingredients together.
  2. Put into greased 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Melt remaining butter and stir into corn flakes.
  4. Mix and sprinkle on as topping.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
