large potatoes peeled, diced and cooked
1 pt
sour cream
2 bunch
green onion
2 jar(s)
old english cheese (kraft)
1 stick
unsalted butter

How to Make Potato Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt cheese and butter together.
  • 2Take off heat and add sour cream.
  • 3Place a layer of potatoes in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place onions on top.
  • 4Pour sour cream mixture over the top. If you use a smaller casserole dish you may have two layers.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let sit for about 15 minutes before serving.
