Ingredients
- 6 - potatoes
- 12 ounces cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make potato casserole

Step 1Peel potatoes; cook and then mash. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, minced onion, and salt; stir into mashed potatoes. Put into a greased 2-quart casserole dished. Dot with butter, if desired; bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
