  • 6 large
    potatoes boiled with skins & grated (cold)
  • 1 stick
    margarine (melted)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • ·
    crushed potato chips for topping

How to Make Potato Casserole


  1. Grate potatoes. Melt butter and add chicken soup and sour cream, salt, pepper and milk. Add to potatoes then fold in green onions.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add to crushed potato chips. Sprinkle on Top. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
