Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes boiled with skins & grated (cold)
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- - crushed potato chips for topping
How To Make potato casserole

Step 1Grate potatoes. Melt butter and add chicken soup and sour cream, salt, pepper and milk. Add to potatoes then fold in green onions.

Step 2Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add to crushed potato chips. Sprinkle on Top. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
