1 pkg32 oz. frozen hash-brown potatoes (thawed)
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 pkgsour cream (8 oz)
1/2 smallonion, chopped fine
12 ozgrated sharp cheddar cheese
·salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cbutter, melted
2 cbutter crakers, crushed or corn flakes cereal
How to Make Potato Casserole
- Mix potatoes, soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper, and half of the cheese and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
- Crush the corn flakes or crackers and mix with the melted butter. Crumble this over the potato mixture, top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered, then 15 additional minutes uncovered.
