Ingredients
- 10 ounces broccoli, thawed and chopped
- 1 can broccoli-cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 5 - potatoes
How To Make potato broccoli casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Thaw and drain broccoli.

Step 3Combine broccoli, soup, milk and pepper.

Step 4Slice potatoes thin.

Step 5Add to soup mix and toss to coat.

Step 6Spoon into 2 quart greased casserole; cover and bake 1 hour.

Step 7Uncover and bake 1 hour longer or until potatoes are tender and top is brown.

Step 8NOTE: May substitute cream of broccoli soup for the broccoli-cheese soup.
