Ingredients

  • 10 ounces broccoli, thawed and chopped
  • 1 can broccoli-cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 - potatoes

How To Make potato broccoli casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Thaw and drain broccoli.
  • Step 3
    Combine broccoli, soup, milk and pepper.
  • Step 4
    Slice potatoes thin.
  • Step 5
    Add to soup mix and toss to coat.
  • Step 6
    Spoon into 2 quart greased casserole; cover and bake 1 hour.
  • Step 7
    Uncover and bake 1 hour longer or until potatoes are tender and top is brown.
  • Step 8
    NOTE: May substitute cream of broccoli soup for the broccoli-cheese soup.
