10 ozbroccoli, thawed and chopped

1 can(s)broccoli-cheese soup

1/2 cmilk

1/4 tsppepper

How to Make Potato Broccoli Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Thaw and drain broccoli.
- Combine broccoli, soup, milk and pepper.
- Slice potatoes thin.
- Add to soup mix and toss to coat.
- Spoon into 2 quart greased casserole; cover and bake 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake 1 hour longer or until potatoes are tender and top is brown.
- NOTE: May substitute cream of broccoli soup for the broccoli-cheese soup.
