- 1 package shredded hashbrowns
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 large cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup diced, onions
- 2 cups velveeta cheese
- 12 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup crushed potato chips

Step 1In a large skillet brown hashbrowns and onion. In a sauce pan add butter, soup, cheese, sour cream and milk. cook over med-high until well blended. Place hashbrown mix and liquid mix together in a crockpot top with crushed chips set on low for 30-45 minutes.
