Ingredients

  • 1 package shredded hashbrowns
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 large cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup diced, onions
  • 2 cups velveeta cheese
  • 12 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

How To Make potato bake

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet brown hashbrowns and onion. In a sauce pan add butter, soup, cheese, sour cream and milk. cook over med-high until well blended. Place hashbrown mix and liquid mix together in a crockpot top with crushed chips set on low for 30-45 minutes.
