My sister started this Potato Bake for our dinners. It's amazing just to eat alone...it was one of our Dads favorite. He went on to be with the Lord in 2000 so we kinda don't have Thanksgiving or Christmas with out it. It brings us memories of our Dad when sit to eat.

Ingredients For potato bake

1 lgbowl of sour cream
-
1 lgcan of cream of chicken soup

1 smbag of hashbrowns
-
1 1/2 Tbspbutter

1 smonion chopped
-
1 smbag of shreded cheese
How To Make potato bake

1Mix soup, sour cream, onion, together & nuke in microwave for two minutes..take out and mix in hash browns and put half mixture in a large cassarole dish top with cheese...pour the rest of the mixture in and top with rest of cheese....place in oven and bake 45 minutes or untill golden brown..
