Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes, mashed
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 1 pinch salt
- half can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
How To Make potato bake

Step 1after you have mashed your potatoes, mix cream cheese, sour cream, butter, milk and salt in a glass baking dish

Step 2it should be loose texture. Sprinkle top with paprika

Step 3place in oven set at 350* for 30-45 min

Step 4look for a rolling bake

Step 5let cool and serves best with poltry
