2 Tbsp
flour
2 Tbsp
yogurt

eggs
pinch
salt
pinch
pepper

How to Make Potato and Scallion Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown potatoes in deep hot oil; drain.
  • 2Brown green onions in butter; add slightly beaten eggs, salt and paprika.
  • 3Arrange potatoes and scallions in alternate layers and cover with following sauce:
  • 4Sauce: Make a smooth paste of flour and yogurt.
  • 5Add eggs, salt and paprika, and stir until smooth.
  • 6Pour over casserole contents and bake in 450 degree oven until brown, about 15 minutes
