- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 3 eggs
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
How To Make potato and scallion casserole

Step 1Brown potatoes in deep hot oil; drain.

Step 2Brown green onions in butter; add slightly beaten eggs, salt and paprika.

Step 3Arrange potatoes and scallions in alternate layers and cover with following sauce:

Step 4Sauce: Make a smooth paste of flour and yogurt.

Step 5Add eggs, salt and paprika, and stir until smooth.

Step 6Pour over casserole contents and bake in 450 degree oven until brown, about 15 minutes
