Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- salt and pepper
- 1 small head cauliflower broken into florets
- 2 pounds yukon gold potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 cups gruyere cheese shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
How To Make potato and cauliflower gratin

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. In a saucepan combine the cream, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the thyme sprigs.

Step 2Spray a baking dish and layer the potato slices in the bottom of the dish. Top with half the cheeses. Using a slotted spoon remove the cauliflower and spoon it over the potatoes. Top with the remaining cheeses.

Step 3Pour thed sauce evenly over the whole pan and sprinkle wtih breadcrumbs. Bake for about 30 minutes
