Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes (either russet, sweet potatoes or yams) cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 stick margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

How To Make portuguese style roast potatoes

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Toss well to coat potatoes. Place seasoned potatoes into a medium baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Cook at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until fork tender. Toss potatoes every 15 minutes to achieve a crispy texture.
