potatoes (either russet, sweet potatoes or yams) cut into 2 inch pieces
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
paprika
1/4 stick
margarine or butter, melted
1/4 c
olive oil
How To Make portuguese style roast potatoes

Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Toss well to coat potatoes. Place seasoned potatoes into a medium baking pan.

Cook at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until fork tender. Toss potatoes every 15 minutes to achieve a crispy texture.
