Ingredients

  • 10
    whole white potatoes
  • 1 1/2 stick
    kraft cracker barrel cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 pt
    whipping cream
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Poor Man's Potato Chantilly

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil potatoes in jackets; peel and cube. Layer potatoes and cheese; season with layers. Bake at 350 - 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour cream over and cover. Bake 5 - 8 minutes to heat cream. ENJOY!!
  2. If you don't have access to Kraft Cracker Barrel Cheese, you can use your favorite cheddar cheese
