    yams, drained and sliced
  • 1
    banana, thickly sliced
  • 8.75 oz
    pineapple, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 c
    coconut, flaked

How to Make Polynesian Yam Casserole


  1. Arrange yams and bananas in a 10 x 6 x 1.5 inch baking dish.
  2. Pour pineapple with syrup over all, making sure bananas are moistened; sprinkle with salt.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 15 minutes; sprinkle with coconut, bake 15 minutes longer.
