- 18 ounces yams, drained and sliced
- 1 - banana, thickly sliced
- 8.75 ounces pineapple, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut, flaked
How To Make polynesian yam casserole

Step 1Arrange yams and bananas in a 10 x 6 x 1.5 inch baking dish.

Step 2Pour pineapple with syrup over all, making sure bananas are moistened; sprinkle with salt.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 15 minutes; sprinkle with coconut, bake 15 minutes longer.
