I love potatoes every way possible and wanted a fun side dish of nacho-like potatoes for game days and bbqs....now we eat these any time :0)

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups kettle cooked potato chips or homemade chips
- 2/3 cup alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 cup thinly sliced smoked sausage
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced polish pickles ( or your favorite)
- 1/4 cup marinated red pepper strips
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
How To Make polish potachos

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2Place the chips on an oven-safe iron skillet or dish.

Step 3Top with the alfredo sauce, then half of the shredded cheese.

Step 4Top that layer with the sausage, then the pickles, peppers and onions. Top with remaining cheese.

Step 5Place in a 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden brown.
