Pine Aire Campground Kitchen had the BEST potatoes, and this is what I came up with that was as close as I could get...Summer 2003 was the last year the Pine Aire was in business. We went for a prime rib dinner, which was served with red mashed potatoes. I personally added the garlic and cheese, and it is wonderful.

- - red potatoes, diced
- - garlic, minced
- 1 stick margarine
- - velveeta
- - milk
How To Make pine aire potatoes

Step 1Boil potatoes with skins on, until tender. In skillet, melt margarine and saute garlic. Drain potatoes and mash with butter. Add chunks of Velveeta and stir to melt, add only enough milk to get to consistency.
