piggy tots & applesauce
A lot of my recipes I make with my granddaughters, they are still so young. So when I asked Julianna what she wanted for dinner she said tator tots!! Believe me that's all she will eat! So when she asked for these I had to find a way to sneak her protein in. And that's how I came up with this funny little name.I served my great gramma's go to dressing dipping sauce. And yes she did have her veggies, because she always will eat Nana's salad! Had to revise this recipe, only because I forgot how much we love dipping our tots in applesauce!! Sounds weird but ya have to try!!

Ingredients
- 24 - frozen tator tots
- 12 - slices bacon sliced in half
- - seasonings (optional)
- DIP IN
- - applesauce
- - ketchup
- - mayonnaise
- - s&p
How To Make piggy tots & applesauce

Step 1Preheat oven to 450. Thaw tator tots about 12 min. Slice bacon.

Step 2Wrap each tator tot with bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on broiler pan. Place pan in center of oven and bake til crispy. Approximately 20min.

Step 3Bacon can be seasoned with sweet (like brown sugar) or spicey (like ceyenne) DIPPING SAUCE. Equal parts ketchup and mayo with S&P to taste.

Step 4Try with applesauce!! The best!!
