Ingredients
- 3 pounds red potatoes, small
- 1 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
How To Make perfect mashed potatoes

Step 1Peel & cook potatoes until tender. In a large bowl mash the hot potatoes.

Step 2Cut cream cheese into small pieces & add to potatoes along with butter. Beat well & then add sour cream.

Step 3Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper together & add to potatoes. Beat well.

Step 4Pour mixture into a greased 2 qt casserole. Cover & refrigerate overnight.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
