10 slicebacon

1 10-oz cancondensed chicken broth

2 Tbspflour

1/4 ccider vinegar

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1/4 cgreen onions, sliced diagonally

1/4 tspcelery seed

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsphot pepper sauce

6potatoes, cooked and sliced
How To Make pennsylvania dutch potato bake

1Preheat oven to 400.

2In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; remove. Pour off all but 1/4 cup drippings.

3Gradually blend flour into drippings.

4Add remaining ingredients except potatoes.

5Cook, stirring until thickened.

6In 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2 inches) arrange potatoes; pour broth mixture over top.

7Bake for 30 minutes.

8Garnish with bacon.
