Ingredients
- 1/4 cup each brown sugar, shredded coconut and pecans.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cups mini marshmellows
How To Make pecan coconut sweet potatoes

Step 1Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and sprinkle with salt. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Add the potatoes to a casserole dish.

Step 2Mix the brown sugar, coconut, pecans, vanilla and cinnamon together. Sprinkle on top of the potatoes. Drizzle the melted butter over the top. Bake for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are very soft.

Step 3Add the marshmallows and let bake until marshmallows are melted.
