peas & new creamed potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 pound whole tiny new potatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shelled peas or loose frozen, i used frozen
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
How To Make peas & new creamed potatoes

Step 1Cut any large potatoes in half - cook in small amount of boiling water with salt, not the above salt, for 10 minutes or so.

Step 2Add peas, cook 5-10 minutes till tender, then drain

Step 3In medium pan cook onion in butter till tender, not brown.

Step 4Add milk all at once, cook and stir till thick and bubbly.

Step 5Cook and stir 1 minute more - stir in potatoes and peas - heat through, season to taste, serves 4 - you'll probably want to double this one.
