peanutty butterscotch candy

Ingredients

• 1 large bag butterscotch chips
• 6 tbs peanut butter
• 1 bag shoestring potatoes
• melt butterscotch chip in microwave; watch carefully so as just to completely melt them. add the peanut butter and stir in until blended. then add shoestring potatoes, slowly, to the
• consistency you want. pour into a wax paper lined dish, lightly sprayed with cooking spray and chill until firm. cut into squares, and store in airtight container

• 1 cup water
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1 lb. raw peanuts
• 6 drops red food coloring
• 1/4 cup margarine & 1 pinch salt
