Ingredients
- 18 small new potatoes
- 6 tablespoons butter
- - paprika
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make patate al forno (pan-roasted potatoes)

Step 1Boil potatoes in the jackets until barely tender. Drain.

Step 2Melt the butter in a baking dish large enough to hold the potatoes. As soon as they are cool enough to handle, peel the potatoes and place them in a dish.

Step 3Sprinkle with paprika and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4Bake in a 350F oven for about 15 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally so the potatoes are coated with butter.
