Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes (thawed)
- 2 sticks butter (softened not melted) (no margerine)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
How To Make party potatoes

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2in a large bowl add thawed shredded hash brown potatoes.

Step 3add soup, sour cream, buttter, and 12oz of cheese mixing completely.

Step 4in a 9x13 baking pan spread potato mixture evenly.

Step 5sprinkle remaining 4oz of cheese over the top, covinging completely.

Step 6bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or untill cheese is bubblely and brown.

Step 7Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
