2 lbfrozen shredded hashbrown potatoes (thawed)

2 stickbutter (softened not melted) (no margerine)

1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
-
16 ozshredded cheddar cheese

16 ozsour cream
How to Make Party Potatoes
- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- in a large bowl add thawed shredded hash brown potatoes.
- add soup, sour cream, buttter, and 12oz of cheese mixing completely.
- in a 9x13 baking pan spread potato mixture evenly.
- sprinkle remaining 4oz of cheese over the top, covinging completely.
- bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or untill cheese is bubblely and brown.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
