Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes (thawed)
  • 2 stick
    butter (softened not melted) (no margerine)
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz
    sour cream

How to Make Party Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. in a large bowl add thawed shredded hash brown potatoes.
  3. add soup, sour cream, buttter, and 12oz of cheese mixing completely.
  4. in a 9x13 baking pan spread potato mixture evenly.
  5. sprinkle remaining 4oz of cheese over the top, covinging completely.
  6. bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour or untill cheese is bubblely and brown.
  7. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
