Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
How To Make party potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Place potatoes in 13x9 pan; drizzle with 1 stick melted butter. Add salt, pepper & onion. Mix well. In separate bowl, mix sour cream with soup. Pour over potato mixture. Stir in cheese. Cover with corn flakes & drizzle with remaining melted butter. Bake at 350 45 minutes.
