    frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    onions, chopped
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c
    corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, melted

How to Make Party Potatoes


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Place potatoes in 13x9 pan; drizzle with 1 stick melted butter. Add salt, pepper & onion. Mix well. In separate bowl, mix sour cream with soup. Pour over potato mixture. Stir in cheese. Cover with corn flakes & drizzle with remaining melted butter. Bake at 350 45 minutes.
