Ingredients
- 5 cups instant mached potatoes
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 teaspoons chives (fresh or dehydrated), optional
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make party potatoes

Step 1Bring water, salt, margarine and milk to a biol; remove from heat and add potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Place in a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
