Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons dry parsley or 4 tablespoons fresh
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 cups water or enough to cover potatoes.
- 1/4 cup margarine
How To Make parsley potatoes.

Step 1Add potatoes, parsley, salt and water to pot, bring to boil. Simmer till fork tender.

Step 2Drain well add margarine stir till margarine is melted. Adjust salt to taste. Do not mash, leave as bite size pieces.

Step 3Keep warm till ready to serve. Enjoy.
