  • 3/4 c
    parmesean cheese
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    blk. pepper
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic powdr
  • 3/4 tsp
    onion powdr
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    paparika
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powdr
  • SOUR CREAM DRIZZLE

  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    scallions, chopd

How to Make PARMESEAN CRUSTED POTATOES

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400. DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL ON BAKN PAN N SPREAD TO COVER. IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE PARM CHEESE, GARLIC N ONION POWDR, S n P, OREGANO, PAPARIKA N CHILI POWDR
  2. EVENLY SPRINKLE SEASONN MIXTURE OVER OILD BAKN PAN
  3. PLACE POTATOES CUT SIDE DOWN OVER PARM SEASONN PRESSN DOWN POTATOES TO ADHERE SEASONN TO THEM
  4. BAKE FOR 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL FORK TENDER WHILE BAKN. IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE SOUR CREAM N LEMON JUICE...KEEP REFR UNTIL POTATOES R DONE. REMOVE POTATOES N FLIP OVER TO PLATTER THEN DRIZZLE WITH SOUR CREAM N SPRINKLE WITH SCALLIONS....ENJOY :)
