- 6 large potatoes peeled
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup grated parmigiano-reggiano
- 1 tablespoon black truffle oil

Step 1Cook the potatoes in salted boiling water until soft. Drain and put through a ricer. Mix in butter and Parmesan cheese. Stir in Truffle oil. Season with salt and Pepper
