Ingredients

  • 3 pounds redskin potatoes, unpeeled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 stick butter, softened
  • 1/4-1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  • 1/2-3/4 cup half and half (add last, a little at a time) to desired consistency

How To Make parmesan smashed potatoes

  • Step 1
    Boil potatoes, smash, add rest of ingredients and stir. Put in casserole dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes to one hour.
