Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    redskin potatoes, unpeeled
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  • 1/2-3/4 c
    half and half (add last, a little at a time) to desired consistency

How to Make Parmesan Smashed Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil potatoes, smash, add rest of ingredients and stir. Put in casserole dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes to one hour.
