Ingredients
- 3 pounds redskin potatoes, unpeeled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 stick butter, softened
- 1/4-1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- 1/2-3/4 cup half and half (add last, a little at a time) to desired consistency
How To Make parmesan smashed potatoes

Step 1Boil potatoes, smash, add rest of ingredients and stir. Put in casserole dish and bake uncovered for 45 minutes to one hour.
