Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 6 large
    red skin potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 small
    shallots small dice
  • 2 Tbsp
  • ·
    salt, pepper, & oregano
  • 1/4 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How to Make Parmesan Potato Wedges


  1. Place the potatoes in a slow cooker. Sprinkle the onions, salt, pepper and oregano over the potatoes. Add the butter. Cook on low for 4 hours. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
