How to Make Parmesan Potato Crisp
- Generously brush a 9 inch pie plate with mayonnaise.
Dry potato slices with paper towel and layer over mayo. Brush potato with mayo, sprinkle with some of the parmesan. Repeat layers occasionally adding pepper.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover and bake another 30 minutes.
- Immediately invert onto a serving plate. Cut into wedges to serve.
