Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 5 cups thinnly sliced potatoes
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
- dash pepper (optional)
How To Make parmesan potato crisp

Step 1Generously brush a 9 inch pie plate with mayonnaise. Dry potato slices with paper towel and layer over mayo. Brush potato with mayo, sprinkle with some of the parmesan. Repeat layers occasionally adding pepper.

Step 2Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover and bake another 30 minutes.

Step 3Immediately invert onto a serving plate. Cut into wedges to serve.
