Ingredients

1/2 c
mayonnaise
5 c
thinnly sliced potatoes
3/4 c
grated parmesan
dash(es)
pepper (optional)

How to Make Parmesan Potato Crisp

Step-by-Step

  • 1Generously brush a 9 inch pie plate with mayonnaise.

    Dry potato slices with paper towel and layer over mayo. Brush potato with mayo, sprinkle with some of the parmesan. Repeat layers occasionally adding pepper.
  • 2Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover and bake another 30 minutes.
  • 3Immediately invert onto a serving plate. Cut into wedges to serve.
