How to Make Parmesan crusted potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Peel and slice potaoes into 1/2 inch slices, cut smaller if they are to big.You want them to cook evenly. Place potatoes into a mixing bowl sprinkle with olive oil, then add the garlic and the spices .When your using the dried rosemary,I ground it in a mortar and pestle first so your not chewing on sticks! Taste much better that way!
  2. Spread the potatoes on a cookie sheet, don't crowd them. Then sprinkle the cheese all over the top and bake for 35 min. Remove and serve, enjoy!!
