Parmesan Baked Potatoes

This is a great side dish recipe. The potatoes bake in the butter/parmesean mixture on the bottom of the baking dish and they are delish!

  • 6 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 3 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 medium
    red potatoes, unpeeled and sliced 1" thickness

How to Make Parmesan Baked Potatoes


  1. In a 13x9 inch baking dish, pour melted butter onto bottom of dish. Sprinkle the Parmesan and place potatoes over cheese. Bake at 400* for 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
