Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 pounds red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 - onion, cut into wedges
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 pint cream
  • 6 ounces gruyere cheese, grated

How To Make parisienne potatoes

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Put cubed potatoes and onions in water and cook until just tender.
  • Step 2
    Drain and pour into a shallow buttered dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add cream.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake 20 minutes or until bubbly.
